This physician reviewed an MRI I had taken a week or two before to give me his opinion on further treatment. He took time to review the MRI with my wife and I as well as answer any of our questions. I was impressed by his outstanding “bedside manner.”

Dr west was respectful and very thorough. He explained things in a way I could understand and gave me treatment options.

I am very happy with Dr West’s office. They are extremely professional and courteous. Dr West is very nice, doesn’t rush out – he listens to everything. I am thrilled he was recommended to me and am glad he did my surgery. I recommend him to others all the time.

Everyone was very helpful, nothing more to add. I thought everyone knew what was expected and they followed up very well.

Dr West has excellent bedside manner and I can tell that he loves his work and his patients (and I have already told him so) and even though solving my medical problems are still a “work in process” I am confident that I am in very “good hands”.

Dr. West has always been very knowledgeable regarding my condition and recalls specifics that tell me he is interested in his patient’s outcome.

Dr West has an incredible bedside manner. He took a great amount of time to explain the recommended surgery, recovery and results from other patients. Other neurosurgeons acted like I was a bother to them; that I was taking time from their valuable day. Dr West made me feel like my pain mattered and he had a path to help alleviate.

Dr. West was very attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel very at ease with him as my doctor.
